During your in-depth initial appointment, we’ll focus on current concerns by diving deep into your health history, analyzing your current dietary habits, and exploring lifestyle factors that might be impacting your wellbeing. This highly personalized, 90-minute session will lay the foundation for the remainder of your health journey. An integrative treatment plan and corresponding educational materials will be provided following your initial consult.
